Refund Policy — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

This policy covers orders placed on radenergy.io. RadEnergy is a trademark of EMF Protection LLC (RadEnergy), a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us").

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item price. That includes items you've opened and tried.

The 30 days start on the delivery date shown in the carrier's tracking. If tracking doesn't show a delivery date, we count from the estimated delivery date.

Item condition

  • Opened and gently used items are fine. Try the case on your phone and use it normally.
  • Please send back everything that came in the box, including the case and any included accessories. Original packaging is appreciated but not required.
  • We may reduce or decline a refund if an item comes back:
  • with parts missing, or
  • damaged beyond normal use (for example cracked, cut, burned, heavily stained, or altered).

If that happens, we'll email you to explain what we found before we make a decision.

Return shipping

Return shipping is on us. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label.

Refunds

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • We process refunds within 5 business days after your return arrives.
  • Your bank or card issuer may then take a few more business days to post the refund. That step is outside our control.
  • We'll email you when your refund has been issued.
  • There is no restocking fee.

Original shipping charges

We don't refund original shipping charges unless the problem was our mistake. If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we refund the shipping too.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items

If you got the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or not working, email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, and we'll cover return shipping.

Exchanges

Wrong size or model? Within 30 days of delivery, we'll swap it for the right one for free. We'll email you a prepaid return label and ship the replacement at no charge.

For any other exchange, such as a different color, return the item under this guarantee and place a new order. That's the quickest way to get what you want.

Items that can't be returned

  • Gift cards

Bundles, free gifts, and discounts

  • Bundles: You can return a whole bundle for a full refund. If you return only part of a bundle, we'll refund what you paid minus the regular price of the items you keep.
  • Free gifts: If you return the item that qualified you for a free gift, please return the gift too. Otherwise we'll deduct the gift's regular price from your refund.
  • Discounted and sale items are covered by this guarantee. We refund the amount you actually paid.

Gifts

If someone bought your item as a gift, the refund goes to the person who bought it, using their original payment method.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@radenergy.io with your order number and the item(s) you're returning. Telling us why helps us improve, but it's optional.
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid label.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely and ship them to the address we give you. Please contact us before sending anything back. We can't match returns that arrive without notice to an order.

Orders placed on Amazon

This guarantee applies only to orders placed on radenergy.io. If you bought a RadEnergy product on Amazon, start your return through Your Orders on Amazon. Amazon's return policy and process apply to those orders, and we can't process Amazon returns or refunds directly.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please email us first. We can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute can. If you file a chargeback, the refund will be handled through the dispute process instead of directly by us. We won't issue a second refund for an order that has already been refunded through a dispute.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted when you placed your order applies to that order.
