I ordered this case twice hoping that the first was just defective and a fluke, but neither of them fit my I phone properly. The button hole cutouts on the side did not align with the actual buttons on my phone. I have an I phone 12. I’m so disappointed because I was really excited about this product but unfortunately it’s poorly designed and the cutouts aren’t done with precision, so the concept is great but it’s not functional so it’s useless.
This case is amazing! It’s actually soft but very durable and I no longer get joint aches in my fingers after working on my phone. I feel protected! Great quality. Love it!
Being able to take it from the outer case quickly is a game changer, product is well made and as advertised. It did get quite hot on the wireless charging. The magnet seems to retain and build up heat. Fortunately I have an older phone that I can plug in.
